Welcome, Christina Hobbs!

We are pleased to announce Christina Hobbs as our Head of Delivery! Reporting to our COO, Ken Koo, Hobbs is responsible for the successful execution of the client delivery process from start to finish, including organizing systems and implementing change to formalize and improve the client delivery process.

“I am excited to welcome Christina Hobbs in this role with Force Scaling to lead our client delivery program as we grow with clients across the U.S.,” said Koo. “Her extensive experience leading HR and People Operations efforts across multiple industries is a welcomed asset to our team.”

Christina Hobbs joins Force Scaling with an accomplished career in Human Resources and Operations. Most recently, she served as Vice President of Human Resources with American Queen Voyages, part of Hornblower Group, overseeing all aspects of HR for the overnight cruise division, where she also gained valuable experience with mergers and acquisitions. In addition, Hobbs has served as Head of HR for leading companies within the industries of wine & spirits distribution, manufacturing and hotel/casino/resorts.

Hobbs is a member of the Forbes HR Council and is regularly published therein; she loves to participate in thought leadership exercises to further leadership development and the overall employee experience.
