do you actually run?

Most platforms here pick a methodology for you. Ninety works the other way around. Pick yours.

Ninety

Ninety is the largest EOS platform by installed base and it will not fight you when the system evolves. The tools ship with EOS names already.

Why we recommend
Ninety for custom systems

We’ve implemented operating systems at over 30 companies. The cadence is rarely the hard part. Getting a team to use it between sessions is, and the fastest way to lose them is to make everyone learn a vocabulary they didn’t choose.

Almost nobody runs a published methodology unchanged. That is normal, and it is not a failure of discipline.

Ninety’s custom language setting renames tools platform-wide while the structure stays connected. Priorities still link to your plan, the agenda still builds itself, the numbers still trend. You just stop translating.

Ninety EOS software as one connected toolkit: six precision tools seated in a single machined-steel case

One platform.
Every tool your system needs.

Underneath the branding, every operating system runs on the same mechanics. Ninety gives you all of them, connected, and lets you label each one in your own words.

Vision & Plan

Your long-range target, three-year picture and one-year plan in one shared document. Every seat sees the same version and links their work to it.

Also called: the V/TO in EOS, the One-Page Strategic Plan or OPSP in Scaling Up, the SVEP in Pinnacle.

Weekly Leadership Meeting

An agenda that builds itself from your numbers and priorities, with a timer that keeps each segment honest. Run a 90-minute meeting in 90 minutes, not 150.

Also called: the Level 10 in EOS, your weekly leadership meeting in Scaling Up, your weekly tactical huddle in Pinnacle.

Quarterly Priorities

90-day goals broken into milestones, one owner each, on-track status visible to the whole leadership team in real time. No status updates by email.

Also called: Rocks in EOS, quarterly priorities in Scaling Up, FAST Rocks in Pinnacle.

Scorecard & Insights

Weekly measurables on a rolling 13-week trend, colour-coded to goal. Nobody rebuilds the spreadsheet on Monday morning.

Also called: the Scorecard in EOS, your KPIs and Critical Number in Scaling Up, your Scoreboards in Pinnacle.

Issues, solved in the meeting

Identify, discuss and solve runs inside every weekly meeting. Issues close in the room or carry to next week on purpose, never lost in a thread.

Also called: IDS in EOS.

Accountability Chart

Every seat tied to roles and responsibilities, with the People Analyzer showing who belongs in it. Accountability becomes structural, not personal.

Also called: the Function Accountability Chart or FACe in Scaling Up, the Ownership Chart in Pinnacle.

Processes & Knowledge Portal

Document how everything is done and who is responsible, so anyone can learn the procedure without asking.

Also called: the Process Accountability Chart or PACe in Scaling Up, your Playbooks in Pinnacle.

“We rolled Ninety out company-wide in 60 days. It would have taken me more than a year to get our team to the point this program got us to, all while not feeling overwhelming or too heavy of a lift. When running a business, finding a solution that adds value without adding to your workload is crucial, and the Ninety team delivered.”

Maureen Feller, Chief Operating Officer, McSteen Land Surveyors

Flexible, or EOS-pure?

These are the two platforms we recommend, and we partner with both, so we have no reason to spin this. The choice comes down to one question: are you running EOS exactly as taught, or running your own thing?

“Using the Ninety application has changed the way our company runs on EOS for the better. It has improved communication and alignment across the organization and provided a much-needed framework for managing to-dos, tracking issues, and reviewing scorecard data over time. Highly recommend to anyone running on EOS.”

Sarah Thomas, Edgewater Group, Inc.

Have questions?
We have answers.

Yes, and it is one of the more common non-EOS setups we see, though Scaling Up is not one of Ninety’s four official partner systems. The mapping is direct: your One-Page Strategic Plan, the OPSP, becomes the vision document, with your BHAG as the long-range target; your Function Accountability Chart becomes the accountability chart; quarterly priorities become the Rocks tool; your KPIs and Critical Number become the scorecard; your Process Accountability Chart becomes the process documentation. Rename each one and the platform reads as Scaling Up software. Two things it will not do: it does not model how long cash takes to travel through your business and it does not run per-lever what-if scenarios on profit and cash, so that analysis stays in a spreadsheet alongside.
Not under those names out of the box, and we would rather be precise about this than let you find out after signup. Ninety ships the underlying tools with EOS names as the default: a vision and plan document, an accountability chart, and a quarterly Rocks tool. The custom language setting then renames them platform-wide, so your team sees the Strategic Vision and Execution Plan, the Ownership Chart, and FAST Rocks everywhere the defaults would have appeared. The structure is the same, the links between tools survive the rename, and nobody translates in their head. What has no equivalent is a matrix for plotting performance against potential; the People Analyzer scores people against your values and their seat, which is a different job.
It depends on how strictly you run EOS. If your leadership team runs pure EOS by the book and wants software that speaks exact EOS language with nothing renamed, Success.co is the officially licensed EOS-pure platform and is the better fit. If you run Pinnacle, Scaling Up, OKRs, a hybrid, or you expect your system to evolve, choose Ninety, because it’s the one that bends. We partner with both and recommend whichever matches how the team actually operates.
The trial is completely free for 30 days and gives you full access to the Thrive tier: every feature, including the weekly meeting workflow, quarterly priorities, scorecard, issues, vision and plan document, accountability chart, Insights, AI tools, and the Knowledge Portal. No credit card and no contract required.
