Katie is an avid writer in her free time, working on publishing her first novel!
Feeling called to serve, Katie has spent most of her work life in nonprofits such as ACH Child and Family Services and Catholic Charities Fort Worth. It was only at the latter that she realized her passion was in administration, understanding that the HOW for organizations was just as vital as the WHY.
Taking her passion for empowering others with the right tools and systems, she joined Force Scaling in early 2022, ready to tackle a whole new set of challenges and opportunities.
